My husband takes lots of pictures, this is a GOOD and BAD thing, lol so I really did enjoy looking at your work! This was for me, was very peaceful! We all need some peace in our life…
Nobody is selling sanity, it’s in full demand and no supply! Insanity on the other hand is available everywhere! No wonder we have to “find” peace in little things because the bigger peace has ceased to exist..
Yes, I pray and pray…I have faith, it’s what I do! We all choose to believe in something right? I don’t understand how people can want to hurt each other so badly, it makes no sense to me…I try and teach my daughter this and yet, she looks at the world, it’s sad!
Kids are going be learning things they shouldn’t be. It’s up to us each individual parent now, to hone them into better human beings that can better the world in the future.. The outside sources of learning are just going crappier day by day.. If we leave our kids to them, then God help our kids!
It’s amazing because, a part of our generation is responsible for this and they simply don’t seem to care! All they want is create more bad influences so kids can get hooked on to their give aways from a very young age. They make everything so appealing for the kids that they are bound to embrace them and turn on us
Sorry I am so late! I just started back to work and I am trying to get balanced…I know everyone does this every day, but I am not use to it yet. Between work and home and my blog and injury, I am off kilter!
I couldn’t agree more…my daughter is 18! And for a while I was a single parent and it was a rough time! Rough divorce! I didn’t always teach her right…now that she is ‘ on her own’ and viewing this scary world, she is very jaded. I try and show her that beauty still exists and faith still exists–it’s hard! She does see this through the eyes of her baby brother. I hope one day, she lets go of some of the hard lessons she THINKS she has learned and forgives…
Relaxing actually and catching up on a few things! lol! I don’t have little ones anymore–so I actually got to post a blog, that was GREAT! And hubby is working today, he is a landscaper and it’s REALLY hot here this week–poor guy, so just doing some quiet things, like going for a walk and relaxing, those things, not sure about fireworks, it’s pretty warm here.

That’s what we are fighting for apparently.. lol.. How can we expect to have peace when we are constantly fighting for it?
I know right? Sometime, we just have to take it. A walk here, a moment there, a closed door…sanity is a precious thing!

I totally agree!! It’s a shame really–when I was younger, you could go outside and play and not lock your doors and my Mama was alright with that…
It’s such a crazy world now a days! It makes this Mama bear very sad!
It’s the same here Mama bear .. We are currently living in a sad sad world where everything is limited by fear and insecurity..

I think, over time she’ll realize that the hard lessons were not that serious to hold on to anyways. Have a nice day!
I agree, isn’t that what it’s all about?
You too, happy 4th!! So wonderful to celebrate on Independence!
Happy 4th to you too!

What about you? Anything fun?
Nothing much here either.. Staying in and spending time with my Fiance, watching TV, being two couch potatoes and eating popcorn mostly..
She’s cooked something nice today, so I am looking forward to dinner..
